ChronoCloudAI stores the data your organization enters to provide the service: organization and employee records, schedules, time punches, and pay-period information. Each organization’s data is isolated from every other organization.

Sensitive personal data — Social Security numbers and bank account details — is encrypted at rest, and only the last four digits are ever shown back in the app.

We use this data only to operate the service for your organization. We do not sell personal data. Employees may review and update their own personal information from their portal.
